As soon as we are contacted by a prospective seller or his representative (tax consultant, accountant, bank, M&A advisor), we exchange confidentiality agreements. Then the COMPANYLINKS database compares the key parameters of the company to be sold with our data base entries. Next, an experienced transaction consultant evaluates the output generated by the matching process and presents it to the prospective seller. If desired, we will provide suitable M&A advisors to assist with the sales process.
If the company or equity share is sold to a buyer that was mediated by COMPANYLINKS, we will receive a previously agreed agency fee from the seller. However, this fee is only due on completion of the transaction. Without a successful sale there are no costs.
